The Southern Isles Bodybuilding and Figure Championships are open to athletes nationwide and have drawn
competitors from as far away as New York in the past 8 years.
The judging takes place in the morning and is all business. The finals in the evening are where the
competitors pose to their choice of music and the fun begins. Before the night is over, the audience will
have cheered for their favorite competitor and experienced some of the best physiques in the Southeast.
We will have given out close to 80 Niels Andersen trophies, FREE official Southern Isles T-shirt,
goodie bag compliments of Bodybuilding.com, Optimum Nutrition, Body Well Nutrition, and Smoothie King
to all competitors.
Water and Coke products, compliments of Coca-Cola, and Rice Cakes, compliments of the promoters,
backstage for all competitors. A super time will be had by all!
